Chris and Sue Englefield of Techni-Call look after all my IT needs. For me, I deal with Chris who is always contactable by telephone to give me help and advice whenever I am in need. If he needs to visit me in my office his hourly rate is extremely reasonable, often however when I need guidance for using a feature on my site that I have not used before he will send me a step by step guide of how to do it. Thanks to gentle guidance from Chris my web site receives a lot of praise, a lot of hits and quite a lot of business!
